This 3 tier cake was made for my grandson’s birthday party. As it was a children’s party I made sponge cakes with vanilla buttercream & seedless jam (my ‘normal’ it seems 😊) The top tier is dairy free as he and a little friend are cows milk intolerant. The filling for this was ‘buttercream’ made with block Stork plus seedless jam.
I used toy figures so that he could play with them afterwards.
