I made this cake for my daughter in law’s 40th birthday. I wanted to try something different (for me) and love drip cakes. This is a 6” tall double barrelled cake (top cake vanilla & bottom lemon). The cakes are both Madeira filled with vanilla (top) buttercream and raspberry jam, and lemon buttercream and lemon curd (bottom cake) , covered with Milk chocolate ganache & covered with Sugarpaste. The flowers are all hand made by me.
Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
