I was so immensely proud to be part of this year’s Couture Cakers collaboration – massive thanks to Heba M Elalfy for inviting me back!
The cake was inspired by a stunning pair of vintage shoes and embroidered stockings. It features cake lace on the base tier, a sugarpaste geometric design on the next tier, then more sugarpaste designs along with edible sugar pearls on the third and fourth tiers. The flowers are climbing roses and are made from flowerpaste.
