Couture Cakers International 2018

For our piece I’ve used Satin Ice fondant and gum paste, Rolkem dusts, Dinkydoodle airbrush, PME steamer, Americolor airbrush colors and Primus wafer paper. My inspiration is this gorgeous gown by Elie Saab, I just love the combination of textures and intensity of the colors. The bottom cake is like the bottom of the skirt with lots of volume. The middle part has lace details and gold accents. Where the top part is very feminine and detailed. I love how my airbrush gave it a really glossy look.
