My lovely customer wanted to recreate a cake that her husband’s parents had made from an M&S book for him when he was a child. Every year they’d try and make a cake from the same book. The customer was over the moon with the new design!
This was a vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream and milk chocolate ganache.
