This is a cake to celebrate a gentleman’s 70th birthday.
The family chose a common theme design and sent me photos of their dad and his dog and family pictures to for the cake.
Their father had been very poorly and they had lost a sister to recently ,so wanted to collaborate some happy memories on a cake to celebrate.
Everything on here is hand made with out the use of moulds x
The cakes a vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla bean buttercream with a vanilla syrup and white chocolate ganache wrap.
