The moment I saw the shirt I knew I wanted to replicate the bird on it. I loved the way it’s open wings and colourful feathers symbolized my journey in this field until now. With no professional background in pastry it took a lot of patience, failing, and more patience to achieve my first milestone cake. And the rest is history! I wanted to achieve the intricate look of the embroidery on the cake. It sure was alot of hardwork and fun creating this piece!

Techniques used – Freehand buttercream pressure piping, buttercream sharp edges.
