I was asked by American Cake Decorating magazine to design a cake using molds from Michael Lewis Anderson’s ‘Royal Collection’. My inspiration was the Royal Wedding. The flowers on this cake represent flowers that have been included in the Royal bouquets for many generations including the poppy which has been said to be one of Prince Harry’s favourite flower. I also included my ‘Heart-Shaped Rose’ into the arrangement. It is a fun play on creativity and romance. For more information check out the May/June 2018 issue of American Cake Decorating.
