When my niece wanted a Harry Potter themed cake, I was very thrilled. She wanted it to be simple as well. So I made this butterscotch cake, filled with butterscotch Mousse and frosted with dark+milk chocolate ganache. To adorn it, I made simple figurines of Harry Potter, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore, Snape, Sorting Hat, the wand that was chosen using on the website of potter more and the golden snitch. She was thrilled and it gave me immense pleasure.
