This cake is based on an image of a similar cake provided by my customer.

The outlined of the bears face was drawn free hand onto a cake board and cut out with a craft knife, before the cake was carved from 2 chocolate cakes.
The cake took almost 9 hours to create; most of that time was spent carving the shape of the bears head but I was really pleased with the finish.
