I have chosen to replicate a designer dress into a cake with black, gold and white.
I used handmade edible laces, handcut wafer, paper flowers outlined with edible black pen and I have even customised the cutter for the white leaves, myself and decorated them with pearl dragees.

It was a marvellous experience in bringing out the artistic value of this exquisite design through the form of cake designing.
