This was a last minute request by Taja’s fiancee as her family had forgotten to order a cake! He knew he wanted a cake with Ferrero Rocher chocolates but wanted me to design it. Drip cakes make me nervous but I’m really happy with this one. I also crushed some of the chocolates up and put them between the chocolate layers on top of the ganache!
