This cake was my entry in the 2016 CO/WY ICES Sweet Time In The Rockies cake show. It won 1st Place in the extravagant category as well as best in show. In the open widow was a series of miniature bakery treats such as a macaron, a slice of cake, a blueberry pie on a motorized actual rotating table. The water wheel has cascading nonpareils and the baker’s table has a tiny cake and a pastry bag.
