Anti-gravity cakes always fascinate me more than tier cakes. As to work on pantone colour colour of 2018 i.e. Ultra Violet and the natural beauty of this creature with 8 tentacles inspired me to create this cake for a recent collaboration.

Worked with shimmers and neon colours for the first time. My son named this structured cake – HAPPY OCTO
