Okay here is my first sumission – hope I am doing it right……

I have always wanted to create a small woodland theme but never had any requests so I thought what the heck I will do one anyway and here it is, hope you like it.

For the floor I made twigs, flowers and pine cones from self coloured Renshaws sugar paste and then I broke some flaked almonds, put them in a bag with some brown edible dust and shook them, it gave them just the right colour.

Everything was self coloured using variations of brown, ivory, green & red.

The butterflies were made using a plunge cutter then coloured with edible dusts.
