Stormtrooper Surprise Cake

Today it’s father’s day and i made a little surprise for hubby.
He loves star wars/ trek and so i made a stormtrooper helmet 3D cake.
It’s madeira cake mit hazelnut cream filling and ganache, covered in marzipan.
