The wife of an ardent fan of the Kerala dish- parotta with beef varuval wanted this for her husband’s birthday. Orange sponge cake layers soaked in orange syrup were filled with passion fruit pulp and frosted with orange white chocoate ganache. The cake was covered in fondant while the topper is made with gumpaste
