Sometimes, there is immense beauty in simplicity.

This is a simple cake which I did for my mother in law. Having to manage a home with two children (one of them 10 months old), I was hard pressed for time. But I still wanted to do something special for my mother in law’s special day.

It took me all of 30 minutes to decorate this cake. I loved the outcome, and so did she!

Mission accomplished!
