My daughter Vicky got married at the weekend & this her cake I made her. I don’t normally make wedding cakes!!
She wanted it very plain & simple. I made roses in the colours to match her bouquet & cake lace to match the back of her dress.
The cake was a 10" rich fruit cake, 8" Vanilla Sponge & 6" Chocolate & Ganache. The top tier was a 4" dummy covered in Ivory Massa Sugarpaste.
