These little guys were made fo an 80th Birthday cake for my wonderful stepmother who volunteers almost daily at her local animal shelter. They were made with homemade MMF with Tylose powder.

( Photos of cake follow) The cake is half chocolate remix (Kraft “best ever chocolate fudge cake“ – everyone loves this cake) and glazed with homemade salted caramel. The other half is strawberry remix cake (From Wyomom2b on Cake Central- delish!) glazed with strawberry preserves. Both were filled with fluffy marshmallow filling and the cake was covered in dark chocolate ganache and then homemade MMF.
