I had the privilege of making this 3 tier tuxedo cake for the 40th birthday celebration of one of the Directors at Radio One. This was before Satin Ice blessed the world with their premade Navy Blue fondant…. so i had to labor away (cue violins 😂 ) to mix colors to match his color request. This was my 3rd high profile cake so I was really pleased that everything came together and that the recipient loved it.
