The party was Italian Themed and was for a 95 year old in a nursing home. They tell me that one of the residents was sucking on a fondant noodle as if it were real spaghetti. The cake was a lot of fun to design. Everything was edible with the exception of the fork and the cake board.

The meatballs were red velvet cake, the noodles fondant, the sauce was actually a raspberry puree, and the rest chocolate cake!
