Every cake tells a story and this one is no different. The cake focuses on all things that are ‘rosy’ ‘shiny’ and ‘scarlet’ that comes with a budding romance. The tiers represent each aspect of love in its purest sense.

The bottom tier represents the fragility & fluidity of new love; the tier consists of hand made sugar lace ruffles combined with an intertwined rope with knots depicting the journey as it progresses as well as ‘bumps’ (or knots) that come along the way. The shading depicts the intensity of the relationship as it progresses, variance in colours representing the depth of feelings of love.

The second tier represents a cracked gold effect which extends to how shiny & bright new love feels. The roses above & below represent the proposal – signature red roses!

The top tier spells out the journey of 14 days of love with activities that one would experience on their first few dates.
