Well this is the first cake of my busy week. It was very last minute, but I couldn’t say no to making a cake to welcome our wonderful new principal to our little school. The house is actually our school office which was built in the late 1800’s and is historically significant in our area. We’re very proud of our little school and hope our new headmaster enjoys his time with us. 12" choc cake with choc ganache and a 12" vanilla cake with white choc ganache. Edible basic male and female student and hand cut fondant school emblem. This one took 6 1/2 kilos of ganache and the board measured 28 inches across! :)
