White Wedding Cake with a kiss of Lavender!
A client walks in and requests for a wedding cake. He tastes the flavors, shares the design and goes back saying he will confirm within a week. I receive a call the next day and the result is a 4 feet tall wedding cake in white with fondant accents and hundreds of flowers in shades of lavender. Hand piped royal icing on each tier adds to the character of the cake. With just about a month to get this 70 kg cake done, every day, every minute was a journey to cherish! This was a destination wedding cake!

Wow! I can’t even imagine the logistics involved! To begin with where and how do you store all of those individual cakes until you put them together???? I won’t even venture into transportation and the putting of it all together :)
