At couple’s request, all egg-less, cake, filling and finish. Fondant & gumpaste flowers. Used a fabulous “cooked flour” frosting that was 1,000 times better than any ‘American’ buttercream I’ve ever had. Will use again & again whenever an egg-less buttercream is needed. Top tiers are double stacked (6" and 8"); cake was partially assembled on site.
