This was created with:

4- red velvet sheet cakes, stacked w/ buttercream.
4- Chocolate sheet cakes, stacked w/ buttercream.

Created a template of top view. Cut to shape. Carve out inside of stadium. (Ended up w/ lots of scraps! 🤣)
Dirty ice entire thing.
Apply thinned icing inside.
Apply white/red sprinkles.
Apply final coat BC to outside. Towel smooth w/ Viva paper towels. Air brush stone color.
Apply edging top/ bottom edges.

Cut Rice Krispie bar sheet to size for front facade. Cover in BC.
Sculpt, cut, apply fondant details for facade.
Attach to cake w/ toothpicks and piping gel.
