I made this Bubble Guppies cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday. It was iced to simulate water. It was the first time that I made gumpaste figures to mimic cartoons. I had a time with those beatie little eyes, but I thought they turned out ok. I look forward to working more with gumpaste.
