This cake is made up from a 12 inch black forest mud with dark chocolate ganache, 10 inch chocolate mud milk chocolate ganache and an 8 inch red velvet cake with white chocolate ganache. Finished with an ivory fondant. Then decorated with some ivory lace with matching pearls and a red ribbon on the center tier with a beautiful pearl brooch. Then to finish it off some handmade gumpaste roses.. This is the larges cake I have made so far and it was so heavy that I could not lift it… Hope you all like it.. :)
