This cake was quite a challenge for me as a newbie at cake decorating. It was just a little less than 1 meter wide, and arund 70cm tall (excluding the tallest pillar on top), this castle was all cake, only the pillars were not. I’m sure every one here can imagine the weight of it 🙄.
The whole cake literally took me 3 sleepless nights to complete. It wasn’t perfect but I’m quite happy that I was able to do this massive castle.za

Ps: The cake part in the photo is the castle. The scenery was photoshopped for my photo album collection.
