Torta Unicornio en Medellín
Hermosa torta con el motivo clásico de Unicornio. En nuestra ciudad, es una de las temáticas mas solicitadas y a nosotros nos encanta elaborarlas. Es un bizcocho de vainilla (tipo maria luisa) relleno de buttercream de vainilla y cubierta de una delicada capa de fondant. El cuerno y las orejitas tambien son realizados en fondant. Su cresta es realizada con bellas flores de crema.
