This is one of the hardest cakes I’ve had to let go of simply because I know it’s absolutely delicious! It’s four layers of lemon velvet pound cake filled with blueberry Italian meringue buttercream and fresh whipped cream. It’s a piñata cake filled down the center with fresh sugared blueberries and topped with more blueberries and candied lemon slices. The vanilla macarons are filled with blueberry buttercream. Oh my. I wish I could’ve been there to watch the blueberries roll out when they cut the first slice! 😋 #dozycakes
