Every Christmas, I make a gingerbread house for the family. Most of them have been fun but rather complex (such as the lovely house from the movie UP). This one is no exception, with a beautiful blue candy-coated roof and a rolling green garden surrounding the house. There’s even a Christmas tree when you peek through the illuminated windows.
