This cross shaped cake was made for a parish picnic. The cake flavor was white chocolate; the filling was white ganache, strawberry american buttercream, and strawberry preserves; it was covered with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The flowers were made with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and the “ribbon” was made out of gum paste.
