My first cake post here.
This is one of the very few fondant cakes I’ve made.
The cake base is a 10" round chocolate sheet cake, ganached and shaped with dark chocolate. Strawberry buttercream was used as pizza sauce, grated white chocolate as cheese and the fondant toppings all cut by hand.
