I love to make anything different ,I know I have an usual style to my cakes and I am cool with it,it’s taken me a while to realise this is me,this is my art. So when I was asked to make a fish cake for the second time ..I was chuffed. Loved making this mirror carp . This cake was a bakewell tart cake with white chocolate bakewell ganache ,sour cherry jam and almond butter cream.
