A celebration to celebrate a father’s Birthday and the handing over of his Pub to his son. A large 2lb Victoria sponge for up to 100 covers, sandwiched with Swiss Meringue Butter Cream and Strawberry Jam then carved into a bar (using images of actual establishment). A back board was glued ‘n’ screwed to base drum board, covered in Black Fondant and an edible ‘bar scene’ adhered to Fondant. Two figurines modelled from photographs supplied by the customer. The bar was constructed from ‘planks’ of Gumpaste using wood grain mould for authenticity.
