My niece wanted her wedding cake to be bright ! I was not sure what to do but after being inspired firstly by a chocolate creation she had seen and then by her gerbera theme I went for it . She loved it and its certainly the brightest wedding cake I have done !
Base and top were chocolate with choc ganache, middle fruit, and other two were vanilla sponge.
