This gorgeous cake was a creation based on briefing from the customer. They had a handful of cake photos & wanted a biblical element but still wanted to keep it contemporary with flowers.
I think the flowers with the silver cachous centre really lift the cake & add an element of elegance. The flow of white to purple works really well & is simple.
One of my favourite cakes, the top tier with the added heights really worked well. The layers of caramel men, mixed with chocolate mud & sandwiched with white chocolate ganache was devine!
