A Beer Bucket Cake
An entirely edible cake. Bottles, Labels on the bottles, Ice Cubes, Bucket, everything is edible.
The mold for the beer bottle was made at home using a mold maker I found at a store.
The beer bottles and ice cubes are made with isomalt. Wafer Paper was used as the labels.
Made pistachio cake (no jello used) with real pistachio, no extract and strawberry mousse filling. Sculpted the cake in the shape of a bucket. Covered the cake with brown fondant. Made brown and white modeling chocolate at home, mixed the 2 colors together to give a marble effect and used an impression mat for give the impression of wood.
Even the marble like base is hand made. :) :)

That’s fantastic! Well done on making all the elements yourself-I’ve never dared use Isomalt,i’m so clumsy,I’d probably burn myself! x
Thank you so much Karen.
I was so scared to use it too.
But there’s always a first time.
Try. But be careful. :)
