This was a cake for my grandmothers 81 birthday! It was a double barrel cake of chocolate and vanilla, the filling was chocolate ganache with crushed meringue cookies, salted caramel buttercream with caramelized puffed rice, and vanilla buttercream with chocolate drops and a caramel drizzle! The covering was done with vanilla buttercream :)
