As she was having a joint party this year so mum just wanted a small family cake. For as long as I have made cakes for the family Louisa has always been inclined to pick bits off. Her reaction to this was was pure delight accompanied with “lots for me to pick off”

3 x4" + half ball vanilla sponge cakes layered with white chocolate and vanilla buttercream. Coated in milk chocolate ganache before being finished off with sugarpaste and a whole host of tiny cutter flowers.
