Amaretto cookie base, walnut dacqouise layers, fruit +whipped cream, chocolate ganache and mirror glaze on the outside. Covered with a hand painted gumpaste box. My solution to decorating cakes which cannot be covered in fondant ;) Gumpaste flowers and card.
