I was watching a David Attenborough doco with my kids a few weeks ago and saw some beautiful footage of a flamboyance of flamingoes. I was inspired to turn it into a cake. Painted with Sweet Sticks edible art paints, with fondant flamingo heads.

I love how it turned out. Almost exactly as I saw it in my head.
