A friend was getting married and wasn’t going to have a cake, so I volunteered to make a cake for her. She was having a casual reception in a rustic setting, as part of the reception festivities they were having campfires and making smores so she asked if I could do a smore-themed wedding cake, below is the result.
This is the biggest cake I ever made, 4-tiers; 12"-10"-8"-6". Chocolate cake, graham cracker flavored vanilla cake (both Yolanda Gamp’s recipes), Toasted Marshmallow Buttercream (Joshua John Russel’s recipe) and chocolate ganache drizzle.
