my neighbour requested wedding cakes for his daughters wedding. so I ended up baking 5- chocolate ganache covered with choc. buttercream, wasc cake, a lemon cake with limoncello filling, their grandmothers famous spice cake with brown sugar butter icing, and a cutting cake for the bride and groom cake-wasc covered with fondant and gold leaf. whew.
