Proud of this one. I didn’t use the No. 1 shaped pan. For a start, it’s quite expensive. So, Ive carved the cake myself. Covered it with light blue fondant. shaped cars and balloons stuck on sides. My friend wanted a very simple but colourful cake. She was really happy!
