My work paid off the mortgage on the building, so I made this cake to celebrate.

I made candy from simple syrup and tinted it with gel colour for the flames… fun to make! I put three colours in a blob and as it cooled shaped it into flame shapes.

The scroll is out of fondant and I used edible pens to write on it with. Gel colour thinned with vodka to age the edges.
