This cake was made for a popular party websites debut party for their new and improved web format. It was layers of chocolate cake, bottom tier with dark chocolate ganache & espresso SMBC fill and the middle barrel and top layer with fresh raspberry reduction and raspberry SMBC. All layers covered fondant with all hand cut, hand painted & hand molded accents with the exception of the large key which was cast from a mold.
