This was a Choc Fudge Cake with mocha filling. However, I chose fluffy vanilla buttercream as frosting to enhance the color of the roses. Both the flower wrapper and greeting card were cut out of sugarpaste. The basket weaving technique was adopted from Wilton’s course 2.
